WHAT IS SOLIDARITY?
Read the following definitions of solidarity ( taken from your book) and then, think about what you believe demonstrates solidarity to others:
- "working together as a community"
- "a group or community of people, uniting around a common interest or cause".

Solidarity is not a feeling of vague compassion or a little discomfort for the bad things that happen to many people, near and far from us. On the contrary, is a firm and persevering determination to commit the good of all and each of the individuals. In fact, we are all responsible for everyone.
